Prof. (Dr.) Kavita Dhull is a distinguished legal scholar and academic leader with over 26 years of experience at Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. She specializes in constitutional and criminal law, with a strong commitment to inclusive education, gender sensitization, and transparent academic governance. She has served in multiple key administrative roles, including Dean of Faculty, Head of Department, and Chairperson of the Board of Studies, playing a pivotal role in curriculum development and policy-making.

She holds a Ph.D. in Law and is a Gold Medalist in LL.M. (Constitutional Law). Her research includes significant contributions on issues like transparency laws, transgender rights, and digital data protection. She has authored a peer-reviewed book on confessions in criminal law, served as Editor-in-Chief of the MDU Law Journal, and guided five Ph.D. scholars.
