Dr. Rahul Kumar Rai is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Law, Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, where he has served since 2022. He holds a Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in Constitutional Law and a Ph.D. in Law, focusing on the enforcement of human rights at national and international levels. His research interests lie in Legal Philosophy. Dr. Rai’s scholarly contributions earned him the Young Researcher Award in 2022. With a deep commitment to advancing legal discourse, he explores the philosophical underpinnings of law and human rights enforcement.
