Virtuosity legal is a student run academic blog that seeks to publish original, accessible and well-researched legal analyses. We aim to contribute to the evolution of law and policy, with a particular focus on issues in India and beyond. In pursuit of this, we encourage writing that is clear, concise, and caters to both scholarly and general audiences.
The writ runs clear: We are not here to contribute to the noise. It is evident in every piece we publish that we prioritize substance over sensationalism. The piece must align with our motto: “Substance. Authority. Insight.”
We welcome submissions that offer analytical insights in the following fields:
- Constitution
- Criminal Law
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- International Law
- Law and Technology
- Case Comment
- Jurisprudence
- Commercial Laws
At Virtuosity Legal, we believe that all meaningful and relevant writings should have the chance to be read. Therefore, we’re open to accepting analytical pieces for publication beyond the above-mentioned areas.
However, we avoid:
- Plagiarism and extremely artificial intelligence-generated content
All contributors are encouraged to read the blog’s published works in order to have a better understanding of the kind of works we accept.

Virtuosity Legal is a peer-reviewed academic blog. Hence, each submission undergoes a double-blind review, maintaining anonymity for both the author and the reviewer. We ensure a fair and transparent review process. This helps us evaluate every article solely on its merit. Our decision-making is guided by our commitment to:
- Substance: Does the article offer depth and rigor?
- Authority: Does the argument rest on credible research and evidence?
- Insight: Does the piece contribute fresh perspectives or solutions?
